ECHO DGK180F 180 kVA (144 kW) Simul-Phase Diesel Generator (formerly Shindaiwa kWiet Power DGK180F)
The ECHO DGK180F is an ultra-quiet Simul-Phase diesel generator designed to deliver reliable, high-capacity power for demanding commercial, industrial, construction, rental, and large-scale jobsite applications. Rated at 180 kVA, the DGK180F delivers 144 kW of continuous three-phase power and up to 108 kW of continuous single-phase power, providing exceptional flexibility for sites with varying electrical requirements.
Powered by an Isuzu 6HK1 Tier 4 Final diesel engine, the DGK180F combines heavy-duty performance with fuel-efficient, low-emission operation. Its 275-gallon (1,042 L) internal fuel tank supports extended operation, while integrated 110% fluid containment provides added protection for professional jobsites and rental applications.
Featuring ECHO Simul-Phase technology, the DGK180F can supply single-phase and three-phase power simultaneously without requiring an external transformer. It supports multiple voltage configurations, including 120/240V single-phase and 208/240/480V three-phase power, making it a versatile solution for equipment and operations with different power requirements.
The DGK180F also incorporates priority trip breakers with separate protection for single-phase and three-phase loads. User-selectable priority helps protect the preferred output during overload conditions, providing additional flexibility for demanding temporary and industrial power applications.
Equipped with S.E.T. Smart Emissions Technology, the DGK180F provides added protection during light or underloaded operation, helping support reliable operation of the Tier 4 Final emissions system across applications with changing power demands.
Designed for ultra-quiet operation, the DGK180F incorporates advanced sound-reducing features that help limit operating noise to 65 dB(A) at both no load and full load, measured at 23 feet. Its rugged, weather-resistant enclosure is engineered for dependable operation in demanding environments.
The DGK180F features a rental-ready design, convenient lifting points for easier transportation and setup, and a 3-way fuel valve for connection to remote fuel tanks, helping extend runtime and reduce refuelling interruptions. The generator has a dry weight of approximately 9,370 lb (4,250 kg), with a compatible trailer available for applications requiring greater jobsite mobility.
Formerly sold as the Shindaiwa kWiet Power DGK180F, the generator is now part of ECHO's mobile generator lineup.
