ECHO DGK20FS 20 kW Single-Phase Diesel Generator (formerly Shindaiwa kWiet Power DGK20FS)
The ECHO DGK20FS is an ultra-quiet, commercial-grade diesel generator designed to deliver reliable 20 kW single-phase power for demanding construction, rental, commercial, jobsite, and backup power applications. Providing 120/240V single-phase output, the DGK20FS is well suited to high-demand tools, equipment, and temporary power requirements.
Powered by an Isuzu 4LE2T 4-cylinder Tier 4 Final diesel engine, the DGK20FS combines dependable industrial performance with efficient, low-emission operation. Its 51.5-gallon (195 L) internal fuel tank provides approximately 24 hours of runtime, while integrated 110% fluid containment provides added protection for professional jobsites and rental applications.
Designed specifically for single-phase power applications, the DGK20FS provides a dedicated 120/240V output configuration for equipment and sites that do not require three-phase power. This makes it a practical solution for construction equipment, commercial applications, temporary power, and backup power needs.
The DGK20FS features an ultra-quiet design, with air-bending dampers and other sound-reducing features helping to limit operating noise. Its rugged enclosure and heavy-duty construction are designed for dependable operation in demanding working environments.
The DGK20FS also features a rental-ready design, convenient lifting points for easier transportation and setup, and a 3-way fuel valve for connection to remote fuel tanks, helping extend runtime while reducing refuelling interruptions. The generator has a dry weight of approximately 1,929 lb (875 kg) and can be paired with a compatible trailer for applications requiring greater jobsite mobility.
Formerly sold as the Shindaiwa kWiet Power DGK20FS, the generator is now part of ECHO's mobile generator lineup.
